Hey, if you’re not getting a word cloud out of your site or if you are getting a word cloud but aren’t liking it very much, here’s an alternate method/URL you can use for better/different results. We’ve had users experience various degrees of success running RSS feeds through snapshirts.com. Feeds managed by feedburner seem to be working, so if you have the feedburner service implemented on your blog, and inputting your blog’s root URL at our Custom website isn’t working out for you, try the URL for your RSS feed.

examples:
http://example.com/feed/ (wordpress)
http://feeds.feedburner.com/example (feedburner)
http://rss.example.org/

Just one thing to note, if you paste in an RSS feed link, make sure that it’s not preceded by feed:, as that will cause the web-crawl to fail.
